I took advantage from a quick trip to France to visit a store they don’t have here in Belgium: Sephora. If you’re French and reading this, you know how daunting this can be because, well, where am I supposed to buy my beauty supplies?
Dior Addict – Eau de Parfum
If you know me, you know the smell of this perfume. I have been wearing it for more than 10 years now. And even then I feel that this scent still represents me so well, and I am proud to still be wearing it in a way, it’s a kind of signature of mine. And if, unfortunately, we haven’t met yet, just know that the strong sent is a combo of jasmin, sandal wood and Sicily tangerine. It’s one of the rare pricy items I will always remain faithful to. If you don’t believe me, just check the shelf of empty bottles in my bathroom. I always take advantage of the numerous discounts of Sephora to stock up on perfume bottles. I always buy the bigger ones.
Nars blush – Deep Throat
It’s been a few years now since I became a big fan of this makeup brand. I can’t quite remember how it started. I think I first discovered the Nars Sheer Glow foundation through English beauty YouTube channels, especially Tanya Burr or Zoella I think. Luckily, at that time, I was living in Paris, and the Sephora stores there have a wide range of Nars products. On that particular weekend, unfortunately, they didn’t have my Sheer Glow shade in the store anymore. But I had ran out of blush, and I had been lurking over Nars blushes for a while, hesitating between Liberté and Deep Throat (such a classy name). I chose the later, because even though I love my peachy tones, I feel like pinky cheeks is a good everyday look on me. So happy to add this staple to my makeup collection.
Since the beginning of the year, my hair has become unexpectedly dry. Therefore, it get tangled up a lot more easily. Since I want to grow my hair I don’t want to cut any of it down. I decided to give a go to this strange hair tool. I saw so many people raving about it on YouTube for years. I’ll let you know has soon as I try it out!
What’s your beauty staple?
